We know that big remodels can be both exciting and stressful. At Springs Home Improvement, we strive to create a seamless, less stressful experience. We will walk with you step-by-step with open and honest communication — no matter the size or scale of your remodel.

Remodeling has a lot of moving parts. Here is an overview of how the Springs Home Improvement process works.

Pre-Project- The Planning and Design Phase

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULT

After our initial phone consultation, if desired, we will meet with you at your home to listen to your wishes and tour the space. We ask questions, listen to your vision for the project, and share thoughts on ideas, budget, and timelines. If we are like-minded, we will discuss the costs and process to move forward to the Design Phase. You will have the opportunity to enter the design process at this time through a Design Agreement (DA). At the signing of the DA, a good faith payment is made to schedule the designers time. This payment is paid at the beginning of the project and is applied to the final project cost if you proceed with the Construction Phase.

PAID DESIGN PROCESS

With a signed Design Agreement, our design team begins to create a unique and professional design for your home/project with 3D renderings, a detailed scope of work, and material selections based on an agreed-upon range of cost for the project.

PROJECT PROPOSAL

We will present your entire project, scope of work, specific materials chosen, renderings, and a fixed bid construction agreement, based on the design and selections that you approved.

Phase 2 – The Construction Phase

PREPARE

With a signed Construction Agreement, we order materials and create an online project schedule. We encourage you to download our BuilderTrend App to allow access to the construction schedule.

CONSTRUCT

Starting with dust control procedures and ending with final inspections, we oversee the details of your project every step of the way. You will have a project manager assigned to your project who will walk with you throughout the entire project as well as access to our design team. Our professional crews keep the space clean, professional, and timely.

FINALIZE

Your space is now perfectly polished and ready for you to enjoy. This is not the end of our relationship, we are always just a phone call, text, or email away.
